News from multiple perspectives
24HourWire aggregates news headlines from sources across the political spectrum, in multiple languages. We show you the same stories from different outlets so you can see how coverage varies based on source bias.
We only keep stories from the last 24 hours to keep things fresh and relevant.
24HourWire supports multiple languages. Use the language links in the header to switch between them. Each language has its own set of sources from that language's media landscape.
Each source has a bias rating from Media Bias/Fact Check:
"Read full story ↗" - Takes you directly to the original article on the publisher's website.
"Find coverage ↗" - Searches Bing News for related coverage of the same story. This helps you find how other outlets are reporting the same event. Click this to compare coverage across different sources.
"Bias rating" - Links to the Media Bias/Fact Check page for that source, showing their detailed bias analysis.
This tab shows stories that appear across 2 or more of your selected sources. The number shown (e.g., "3 sources") indicates how many outlets are covering that particular story.
We group stories by comparing their headlines. Common words (like "the", "a", "in") are filtered out so matching is based on meaningful keywords. If 60% or more of the remaining words overlap, the stories are grouped together.
