Tampa Citibank shooting leaves 1 wounded, shooter down in cafeteria

The victim was reported wounded and bleeding in the cafeteria of the Citibank Center in Brandon, outside of Tampa, according to Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office (HCSO) scanner traffic.
